2. Course Access
When you enroll in a course, you receive access to our learning materials for your personal use only. You may not share your login details, download content, or redistribute our materials to others. We try to keep our platform available 24/7, but sometimes we need to perform maintenance which may cause temporary interruptions.
3. Certifications
To receive a certificate, you must complete all required coursework and pass all assessments. Certificates are issued digitally in the name you used when registering. Please verify that your name is spelled correctly in your profile. Our certificates confirm you have completed the course requirements but do not represent official academic credit unless specifically stated.
4. Payments and Refunds
All course fees must be paid in full before you can access the materials. We offer a 30-day refund policy if you haven't completed more than 20% of the course content. After 30 days or if you've completed more than 20% of the course, fees are non-refundable.
5. Exam Pass Guarantee
For courses with our Exam Pass Guarantee: If you complete 100% of the course content and don't pass your final exam on the first attempt, we will provide free extended access and additional study materials. This guarantee covers course access only - it does not include exam fees for third-party certifications.
6. Student Responsibilities
You agree to use our platform respectfully and legally. You may not harass other students, share inappropriate content, attempt to hack our systems, or use our materials to create competing services. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content - including videos, text, images, and quizzes - is owned by Learn Path Academy or our content creators. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any of our materials. When you submit assignments or participate in discussions, you give us permission to use your content for educational purposes.
8. Platform Changes
We may update our courses, prices, or these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through announcements on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Learn Path Academy is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from your use of our platform. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for courses in the past six months.
